So, what are we looking at?
I had a feeling the Powder Meadow design would find the right person. It gives this dress a distinct PU mood while keeping the rest of the outfit simple.
I let the Powder Meadow artwork lead and kept the overall dress easy to style for ordinary plans or a slightly better excuse to go out.
It won’t choose the plans, but it has already solved most of the outfit.
