Shipping Policy
1. Production Time
All items are made to order. Production starts after your order is placed and typically takes several business days before shipment. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination and shipping method.
2. Shipping Time and Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the product price. They are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method you select, and the final shipping cost is shown before you complete your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Origin
Items are produced and shipped by our production partners from their nearest facility. Items in a single order may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged on delivery. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or the package was not collected, we will contact you. Re-shipping may incur additional shipping fees.

配送ポリシー
1. 製作期間
商品はすべて受注生産です。ご注文後に製作を開始し、通常、数営業日後に発送いたします。お届け先と配送方法に応じた製作・お届けの目安はご注文手続き画面に表示されます。
2. 配送期間と送料
送料は商品価格に含まれておりません。お届け先とお選びいただいた配送方法に基づきご注文手続き画面で計算され、ご注文確定前に最終送料が表示されます。お届け日数は目安であり、通関・祝日・天候・配送業者の事情により前後する場合があります。
3. 発送元
商品は製作パートナーの最寄りの拠点で製作・発送されます。複数の商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合、製作拠点が異なると別々に発送されることがあります。
4. 関税・輸入税
お届け先の国によっては、受け取り時に関税・輸入税・通関手数料が発生する場合があります。ご注文手続き画面に別途記載がない限り、これらはお客様のご負担となります。
5. 配送状況の確認
発送後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。
6. 配達不能・返送された荷物
ご注文時に入力された住所の誤りや、受け取りがなかったことにより荷物が当社へ返送された場合は、お客様へご連絡します。再発送には追加の送料がかかる場合があります。
