2. Products and Orders
All products are made to order and produced individually after your order is placed. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Exchange Policy, and our Shipping Policy. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, production or supply issues, or suspected fraud; in such cases we will notify you and refund any payment made.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payment is processed by our payment service provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. Product Images
Product images are digital mock-ups. Slight differences in color and artwork placement may occur between the finished product and the images shown.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, characters, images, and text on this site are the property of Matchball (PU Universe) or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Personal Information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. 商品とご注文
商品はすべて受注生産で、ご注文後に個別に製作されます。ご注文をもって、本規約、返品・交換ポリシー、配送ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。価格の誤表示、製作・供給上の問題、不正の疑いがある場合、当社はご注文をキャンセルすることがあります。その場合はお客様へご連絡のうえ、お支払い済み金額を返金します。

3. 価格とお支払い
価格は特に記載のない限り日本円（JPY）で表示しています。送料および該当する税・関税はご注文確定前のご注文手続き画面に表示されます。お支払いは決済サービス事業者が処理し、当社はカード番号の全体を保存しません。

4. 商品画像
商品画像はデジタルモックアップです。完成した商品は、色味やアートワークの位置が画像と多少異なる場合があります。

5. 知的財産権
本サイト上のデザイン、キャラクター、画像、文章はMatchball（PU Universe）またはそのライセンサーに帰属し、許可なく複製・使用することはできません。

6. 個人情報
お客様の個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

7. 責任の制限
適用法令の許す範囲で、ご注文に関する当社の責任は当該ご注文のお支払い金額を上限とします。

8. 準拠法
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、お客様の居住国における強行法規上の消費者保護の権利を妨げるものではありません。

9. 変更
当社は本規約を随時変更することがあります。ご注文時点で本ページに掲載されている版が当該ご注文に適用されます。
